GOD HAS GIVEN US THE MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION

 2 Corinthians 5:18

Daniele & Erika Gremito, originally from Italy, have both followed and served the Lord since in their early “20s”: for the first 5 years in their home local church (AOG) in Milan and surroundings and later overseas as a married couple (together with their young family).

After having responded to a missionary calling to the nations to make disciples for Christ and share the Gospel, they in fact moved to UK in 2007 to serve and join the volunteer management and lecturing team at the International Bible Training Institute (IBTI) where they had both trained before.

After ten years in the south of England, in 2017, they then moved further north where they have since started their international and interdenominational lay involvement with 'Open Bridge Ministries' among different local and overseas christian churches. In addition to this, they also joined the ministry and fellowship of a local AOG church in Essex.

Who we are

Vision statement

‘Open Bridge Ministries’ is a non-profit ministerial christian organization.

Our mission is to show the love of God to humanity through His son Jesus Christ, so help reconciling Creation to His Creator.

Our work is founded on the biblical premise that Jesus is The Mediator and The Bridge between men and God the Father but, in His grace and according to His plan, He also calls His disciples to be 'living bridges' that help ‘reconnect’ people to Him.

Our desire is to fulfil 'The Great Commission' of all believers as in Scriptures (Matt. 28:18-20) by faith and action through Outreach to local and overseas communities; Evangelism and Discipleship; Mission and Social Action; Young Leadership Development & Teamwork.

Our vision is taken from two main Bible verses that drive our aims:

“Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.

(2 Corinthians 5:18)

'Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.’

(Matthew 28:18-20)

Our passion

We are passionate about young leadership development, in other words equipping, teaching and investing in the next generation so that they can go out and advance God’s Kingdom, even further than the previous.

We enjoy mentoring and helping people discovering and developing their talents and, with God’s help, stretching to their full potentials without being afraid of the challenges involved.

Our hearts beat for any sort of mission work - whether this is to be a 'missionary' in the own neighbourhood or local community or whether this is to reach out to overseas or more disadvantaged nations - and love to inspire churches to do likewise.

We also have a heart for people in need or difficulty of any kinds and wish to help them move from their 'brokenness' to their 'brokenness redeemed in Christ' by His transforming love at work in them.

Our vision is to advance God’s Kingdom on earth by promoting and spreading the inestimable value of the Christian Faith and Message in whatever way possible, and to encourage and equip local churches or individuals to continue to do so.
